Being a wannabe be make up artist and cosmetics enthusiast, I have always turned to beauty gurus on YouTube to learn the basics. Because of my love of watching beauty gurus on YouTube, I have created a YouTube account so that I can subscribe to these gurus and be updated of their latest videos.
I can say that I have subscribed to more than 30 beauty gurus! Most of them are professional make up artists while others are just make up enthusiasts like me. It really is fun to watch them and here are my top 5 favorite YouTube beauty gurus.
This pint-sized latina is very interesting to watch! She knows a lot about fashion and make up. Her style is really cool! She makes the best clothing and make up hauls on YouTube too! Her closet is to-die-for! Check out her channel on YouTube or you can follow her blog, http://www.dulcecandy.com/, to know more about her fashion sense.
I love Tiffany! The make up looks that she creates are really wearable and pretty! She seems to be a really nice person too! Plus, she has the cutest dog, Waylon! Check out her channel on YouTube and her blog, http://makeupbytiffanyd.blogspot.com/.
Emily is one of the most informative gurus on YouTube. Her reviews are very detailed and the looks that she creates are versatile. Plus, she is one of the gurus on YouTube who doesn't use a lot of high end products. Her looks are affordable as she uses mostly drugstore products. She has more than 600 videos on YouTube! So check her out on YouTube and her blog, http://www.beautybroadcast.net/.
I love Tanya! She's really pretty! This professional make up artist from the UK is one of my favorites because she really knows her stuff and the looks that she creates are great! From celebrity make up looks to everyday make up looks, Tanya really has a lot in store for her viewers. Subscribe to her on YouTube and follow her blog, http://www.tanyaburr.co.uk/.
The pixiwoo sisters! Sam and Nic are my number 1 favorite beauty gurus on Youtube! These sisters are professional make up artists from the UK. I just love them for their creativity and immense knowledge about make up. For me, they are the best in recreating celebrity make up looks. In addition to that, they also make everyday looks and other creative looks. I also love the way they shoot their videos. They start from applying foundation to applying lipstick unlike other gurus whose videos mostly concentrate on the eye look.
Plus, they accents are so endearing and that makes them so much more fun to watch!
Okay, so you guys may be wondering why Tanya's channel is called pixi2woo. Tanya is actually the girlfriend of Sam and Nic's brother and according to one comment by them on YouTube, they treat Tanya like family.
Please check Sam and Nic out on Youtube and follow their blog, http://pixiwoo.blogspot.com/.
Till my next blog post.
