Product Review: L.A. Colors Liquid Make up and Pressed Powder

Hey lovelies!

I have really been into the brand L.A. Colors ever since I found out about it in December. I started out buying a few face products from them then branched out into their other products.

For this post, I am going to review their Liquid Make up and Pressed Powder

L.A. Colors Liquid Makeup

This liquid make up works as a foundation. It comes in a 33 ml bottle and costs only Php 169! Can you imagine a foundation for only Php 169?! Crazy, right?!

This foundation just gives a light to medium coverage. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin as if you've piled on a ton of makeup. It also gives you a natural glow and I believe this would be great for a "No Make Up" look.

Another thing that I like about this foundation is that it applies really well. It blends easily with a stippling brush, a foundation brush or just your fingers!

I am in the shade Natural.

L.A Colors Pressed Powder

This pressed powder has replaced my Maybelline one. Not only is is cheaper as it costs only Php 149, it gives a nice "finished" effect on your face. It works really well with the L.A. Colors Liquid Makeup and I even find that it works really well with any foundation that I use.

I really love this product that I've hit pan already!

And I already bought a back up! Haha!

The final verdict on these 2 products:

Quality - A -
I'll give these products an A minus because although I really like them and they work really well, they couldn't control the oil on my face. I find that I need touch ups at least twice a day.

Price - A
These products are like seriously affordable! I like how reasonably priced they are. Actually, the whole range of L.A. Colors Cosmetics are very reasonably priced.

Packaging - B
Nothing really special about the packaging. It would be nice if they add some color to their packaging to make it look more fun and attractive.

I hope you guys liked my review!
To those of you who have tried L.A. Colors Cosmetics, please comment below and let me know what you think. To those who haven't tried this brand yet, you should! Haha.

L.A. Colors can be found at SM Department Store and Landmark Makati and Trinoma.

Till my next blog post!

Wow, how long have you been using the powder to hit pan? :) I haven't been really into LA Colors but now that I read some nice reviews from you, maybe I should check it out. :)

Joanne, I believe me it took me more than a month before I hit the pan. You should try L.A. Colors. It's quite amazing. ;)

I personally don't like the liquid foundation but the pressed powder sounds good! I've also tried L.A colors bronzer and I love it! you should definitely check this out.

I have to agree I have this in Cappuccino and I love it it matches my skin just right. I have not broke out from using this but I wash my brushes every time I use them just to make sure I have no issues. It cost next to nothing so hey why not try this you never know you might like it too...

When I read reviews, oil control is the first thing I'm looking for, and I'm really curious about this brand and wanted to try it because it's very affordable but since it can't control oil then it would surely make my face melting at the middle of the day...*sigh*

Oh btw, I saw L.A. Colors in different Watsons branches too!
